Donate To Fight ALS

The 23rd Annual Lew Blond Memorial 5K Run/
Walk is held in honor of Lew Blond, a District 30
school teacher who passed away from Lou Gehrig’s
Disease (ALS) in 2000. He was an exceptional and
dedicated educator of the applied arts and was
revered and cherished by students, colleagues, and
the community.

To date, the LBR Foundation has raised over $500,000 with over $225,000 being donated directly to the Les Turner ALS Foundation.
